It’s also about putting some space between you and the frantic world, stepping back within yourself sometimes so you can observe your feelings, thoughts and responses, and those around you; compassion for self and others arises…


It’s about inhabiting your emotions in the moment, the unpleasant feelings, but also the joy, and also tuning into the feelings of those around you and noticing how their emotions and behavior and words make you feel and behave…
This higher consciousness is practical and down to earth; nothing esoteric and mystical about it. You won’t levitate and astral project to other dimensions but the more you work at it, the more relaxed and calm you’ll feel, the more attuned and connected you will be…
