Your guide to going on an adventure. First of all, take a deep breath in and relax, it’s about having fun. Pull out a map and find a place you’ve never been to. Depending on how much time and money you have, it can be near or far…

Choose a place that’s off the beaten track and out of your comfort zone, away from man-made things; unspoilt, untouched, beautiful pristine nature where you can see the stars, a simple, rustic first place to stay and just hit the road…
You can use your car, but I would recommend other modes of transport. Use the local buses, boats, ships, trains, planes, bicycles etc. If you’re going with someone make sure they’re up for a real adventure…

Just book your first night, but don’t make any other plans and bookings. Just get to your starting point and figure it out from there… see where the journey takes you; the next most interesting place, and then the next…
Be open to meeting new people, and having strange new healing experiences, discovering new things about yourself. When no-one knows you, you can explore who you are and experiment with your personality…
